Ability Found accepts mobility and adaptive equipment applications only from registered Professional Service Providers, not directly from clients.
Eligible providers include physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as medical vendors, case managers, social workers, nurses, and physicians with expertise in mobility equipment. Providers must be familiar with their clientβs needs and environment.
