Ability Found's Board of Directors meets at least twice per year
Chair: Lee W. Robinson, Ph.D, Director
Former Director of the Utah Schools for the Deaf and Blind. He is now retired. Lee has many years of experience working with individuals who have sensory, cognitive, and physical disabilities.
Secretary/Treasurer: Anneke Robison
Mother of Matthew Robison, the boy who inspired the Ability Found Charity. Anneke works with the community to raise awareness of the challenges families confront while caring for an individual with disabilities.

Annie has been involved for many years in non-profits and is now happy to help support Ability Found's mission.
Member: John Meidell
John Meidell has worked with state, local, and private programs advocating for individuals with disabilities. Caring for his son Jared, who has severe disabilities as a result of being hit by an automobile at age three, has given him a wealth of knowledge and understanding for people with special needs and disabilities.
Key Staff
Dr. Ernest Robison, Founder/Executive Director
Dr. Ernest Robison has been the Director of Ability Found since he established it in 1993. His son Matthew, who was severely disabled, passed away in 1999 at age ten. The experience of caring for Matthew gave Dr. Robison empathy and understanding of the stresses, challenges, and needs of individuals with disabilities and their families. Dr. Robison has a doctoral degree in biomedical engineering. He has designed and built medical devices, including an ultrasonic heart scanning machine and equipment for the disabled.
Anneke Robison
Anneke, along with her husband Ernest, created Ability Found in 1993 in memory of their son, Matthew, who lived ten years and was multiply disabled. She continues to honor him and many others like him with her service to Ability Found.
Michael J. Workman, PT (Contracted)
Michael J. Workman and his practice, Professional Therapies, consult with Ability Found. With over twenty years of experience in physical therapy and equipment recommendations, Michael has demonstrated a commitment to helping individuals with disabilities.
Karena L. Rogers, Development (Contracted)
Karena Rogers is contracted by Ability Found for grant writing and PR/Marketing purposes. She has over twenty years’ experience in nonprofit and for-profit organizations, holding a BA in English from The University of Utah.
