Ability Found follows industry-standard charitable foundation accounting practices.
An independent certified public accountant and tax attorney review our accounting annually.
As required by law, Ability Found submits Form 990 to the Internal Revenue Service each year. This filing is reviewed for compliance with national accounting and public charity standards.
Additionally, as required by Utah law, we register with and comply with the Utah Department of Commerce's Division of Consumer Protection standards.

In 2023, 95.9% of the contributions we received went directly toward helping individuals acquire the equipment they need. For every $1 in cash the was donated to our programs, we placed $7.36 worth of equipment.
